　　亚洲城市大学前身为1997年成立的Masterskill上市教育集团（MEGB），是马来西亚护理及专职医疗科学教育的首要提供者，主要提供高等教育，目前为马来西亚挂牌上市的教育集团。其属下有两家机构，即在2008年正式获得学院大学地位的亚洲城市大学（AMU）及在2004年向高等教育部注册的Masterskill Global学院。大学不断的扩充专业学科范围，力争成为亚洲地区卓越的综合高等学府，最终成为全亚洲顶尖培养未来企业家与行业专才摇篮。 我们的目标是要满足全世界的知识需求。我们让学生作好准备，以有效地在不同的层面扮演各种角色，以促进人们的健康及福祉，同时设法给我们的所有学生打造出一个国际创新思维，以优异的成绩开始未来工作与生活的挑战，并受益终身。
