　　工料测量专业简介

　　工料测量师主要负责评估和检测在可行性阶段的建造成本，这个可行性阶段包括了从投标准备到建造项目，甚至此后的阶段。这个职业并非纯工科的职业，而是一个工科与商科的边缘学科。它并不像土木工程那样，需要学生学习详细的建筑结构和材料用料原理。它只要求学生能够掌握建筑的基本知识，以便能够对整个建筑项目的用料和投入进行金钱方面的成本计算和统筹管理，并进一步对项目从投标立项到最后完成销售等做策略上的安排。其本质上是一本特殊领域的管理学。所以，它不要求学生有物理基础，仅要求学生有很好的数学能力。

　　澳大利亚留学网专家指出，工料测量在澳洲的平均起薪工资水平在60000澳币/年（而会计等商科专业仅为40000澳币/年）；另外，在移民方面，这个职业在澳洲2013年最新公布的SOL移民职业清单上。

　　关于工料测量师移民职业认证

　　在澳洲，工料测量师的官方移民评估机构是AIQS（澳大利亚评估师协会），其将工料测量师的职业内容归类如下：

　　1、财产估价和建造成本管理

　　2、建筑与工程经济学

　　3、财务资源与合同管理

　　4、争议解决

　　5、各种建筑物和工业项目的材料估价与劳动力投入

　　AIQS职业评估认可的内容分两类：

　　第一：21周岁以上， 具备AIQS认可的澳洲学历：AIQS认可的澳洲学历基本上为本科学位课程；

　　第二：其他海外评估机构认可的学历。这些其他海外评估机构中，值得一提的是RICS（特许工料测量师协会）还认可不少硕士学位课程。也就是说，国际学生就读RICS认可的硕士课程，也可以满足AIQS的认证条件，即澳大利亚工料测量师60分的职业分和职业提名。

　　Minimum entry standards are：

　　a） age over 21，

　　b） hold an AIQS accredited Australian degree in Quantity Surveying （refer to the Tertiary Course Guide）

　　OR

　　c） hold an accredited overseas Quantity Surveying qualification at degree level from one of the below mentioned Institutes.

　　d） hold a degree in an allied discipline approved by one of the below mentioned Institutes with no further academic study required and eligible for enrolment in their Assessment of Professional Competence （APC） program for Quantity Surveying. （confirmation in writing from the relevant Institute required）.

　　AND/OR

　　e） be a QS corporate member of one of these recognised Institute of Quantity Surveyors：

　　The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors （RICS） - （entitled to use the designation hartered Quantity Surveyor）

　　New Zealand Institute of Quantity Surveyors （NZIQS）

　　Singapore Institute of Surveyors and Valuers （SISV） QS Division

　　The Association of South African Quantity Surveyors （ASAQS）（plus registration of the Council of South African Quantity Surveyors）.

　　Institution of Surveyors， Malaysia （ISM） QS Division

　　The Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors （HKIS） QS Division

　　The Canadian Institute of Quantity Surveyors （CIQS） Professional QS Member

　　澳洲工料测量师学会（The Australian Institute of Quantity Surveyors）负责对“工料测量师”（Quantity Surveyor - 233213）进行移民资格职业评估。

　　AIQS 的移民评估主要评估申请人的本科课程资格，RICS澳洲分部负责海外学历在澳洲完成硕士课程后的资格审核，然后在交给AIQS完成最后评估！
