+ Accounting I (ACCF01) 
An introductory course to accounting and financial studies at pre-university level. This course aims to prepare students for the higher level Accounting subject taught in the following semester of this foundation programme. It will provide candidates with the knowledge of book-keeping principles from source documents to ledger accounts, ability to prepare trial balances and financial statements.
 
+ Accounting II (ACCF02) 
The course is designed to prepare students for accounting and finance studies at tertiary level. It will provide students with the knowledge and understanding of the principles and processes of accounting, applicable to the modern business entity. 
 
+ Economics I (ECNF01) 
The course looks at the central problems of economic societies by first understanding the behaviour of consumers and producers and the role of factors of production. An understanding of these individual decision making units will provide the foundation for the macro issues of national output, international trade and the various economic policies. 
 
+ Economics II (ECNF02) 
This course is designed to provide students with a framework of ideas in macroeconomics. Students will be exposed to a wide range of terms, concepts and principles fundamental to the study of economics. It also enables students to understand basic macroeconomic concepts and, as far as possible, apply these to the latest information and policy changes in various economies. 
 
+ Business Mathematics (BMAF01) 
This subject is designed to provide students with sound basic mathematical knowledge. It enables students to understand basic mathematical principles, procedures and techniques in the analysis of business information, all of which are essential knowledge for business planning and decision making. 
 
+ Business Statistics (BSTF02) 
This subject provides students with sound basic statistical knowledge on the important aspects relevant to a career in business and commerce. 
 
+ Business Computing (BCPF01) 
This course is designed to provide students with fundamental knowledge of the most relevant concepts, techniques and skills needed over a broad range of business computing topics in preparation for learning at tertiary level. Students are taught operating systems, word processing and spreadsheet software using some of the most advanced personal computer application packages available. The course comprises two main modules, i.e. Computer Concepts and PC skills, which are run parallel throughout the semester. 
 
+ English for College Studies I (ECSF01) 
ECSF01 emphasises the development of English language skills and strategies necessary to prepare students for tertiary study in English-speaking countries. The course also charts the progression into ECSF02. 
 
+ English for College Studies II (ECSF02) 
This course is designed to equip students with the essential language skills necessary for pursuing different subject areas of the Foundation Programme and to follow a course of study at tertiary level. 
 
+ English for College Studies III (ECSF03) 
ECSF03 is specifically designed to prepare students for the IELTS exam. The emphasis of the programme is on the development of academic reading and writing skills, as well as techniques to answer the listening and speaking components both accurately and appropriately. The course equips learners with sufficient language skills to demonstrate English Language proficiency at the tertiary level, as well as to handle all the components of the IELTS exam.
